Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Delivery Schedule Most products ordered before 12.00 PM will usually arrive next day (excluding Saturday).

Heavy items such as Astronomical scopes and Tripods take around 1 week; we will contact you when an order is placed to confirm shipping arrangements.

For your security all goods require a signature on delivery.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges All our prices include VAT at the prevailing rate (17.5%)

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy All the products we supply are covered by a manufactures warranty, which is normally one year but may be longer.
Documentation sent with your purchase will give you all the information you need.

Products in the 'Used' section of our store are covered by a three month warranty, however some used optical products such as binoculars and scopes may be covered for a longer period.
